In order to provide you with quality goods, we provide on-demand products and try to avoid holding stock. When you place an order with us, and have completed payment, we immediately and automatically place your items aside. Shipping/Courier from us is quite quick, and as soon as the proof of payment is available the quality of our goods go through the final check and is courier or delivered out to you. At that stage you are provided with a tracking number, either for our courier service or for the post office, depending on the service we chose to use. Thus from date of order, unless the products are out of stock at our local Distribution Center (located in Johannesburg, South Africa) shipping typically takes around 4-5 days, although on very rare occasions due to circumstances outside of our control it may take more than 5 working days. Our shipping is 100% transparent with various options available at checkout, and you won't need to pay for customs duties or any hidden costs ever.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Order cancellations and refunds due to buyer's remorse can only be issued before your order is updated to Couried to you within 24h after cleared payment, and will incur a fee for certain payment methods. Refunds for payments made through direct EFT into our bank account will incur a processing fee.
Returns for buyer's remorse after the order is marked as "Shipped from DC to Customer": Due to the fact that we sell consumable products, if a seal on an item is broken, the item was opened or the item has been used, we will not allow returns due to buyers remorse. If you decide to return an item, you'll have to contact us via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the item or the return will no longer be honored. Items can only be returned sealed, unopened and in their original packaging. The return shipping cost is for your own account and you are to ensure proper packaging as not to incur damages during return shipping. If the return item is damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, the refund for the return is forfeited.
If you receive a damaged or non-functional item: Thankfully, we do a quality check before it leaves our offices, so very few of our items ever arrive damaged. You can order with confidence! Should you however receive an item that is damaged during shipping or non-functional, you'll have to contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the item or the return will no longer be honored. If you live in an outlying area, we will ask you to ship the item back to us via the Post Office and reimburse you for the shipping fee incurred. All return items need to be in their original packaging and if any components were included those need to be included in the return. You will have to ensure proper packaging of the item. We will then assess the item and either repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.
